Enliven

Tuesday, December 4, 2018, 7:00 to 9:30pm, Berkeley

Come practice and play in a session of “Enliven” with Spencer Honeyman, a certified Integral Facilitator and life-long musician.

What is Enliven?

Enliven is a group workshop container to train inner and outer listening through music, improv, and awareness practices. It is a chance to inhabit your body, use your voice, and engage with sound, rhythm, and harmony in a group. Throughout the experience, we will practice tracking the interpersonal dynamics in the room to build our group sensing perception. Ultimately, the experience is informative as to how we show up as leaders and members of dynamic teams.

Why this work?

If we are going to make it “through” as a species and thrive on Earth, the capacity to be in creative collaboration together is an essential skillset. Global warming and technological advances will only continue to put pressure on our social systems. In order to navigate these coming changes, we will need to learn how to operate in high-functioning teams and come to terms with the ways in which our ancient programming often thwarts our higher intentions for working together.

Enliven is a practice for building collective attunement, personal alignment, and community trust. Bring your self and we’ll go from there!

“Spencer Honeyman is a fantastic facilitator who has helped our team dig deep and move with greater efficiency and power. He has an intuitive ability to sense what is needed on a project and then lead a team through a creative process that reveals important insights. His work has benefited our team tremendously.”- Sam Bernier, Hakomi Practitioner

“I’ve had the great pleasure of participating in a number of sessions led by Spencer Honeyman. As a facilitator, he is both playful and grounded. He also manages to strike a balance between structure and flexibility that provides clear direction while also allowing groups to move in an organic direction.” – Carlin Getliffe, Digital Strategy Consultant

“Spencer brings a holistic approach, and an awareness to self, surroundings, and experience that is quite unique, nice, and refreshing. Afterwards, I felt much more open, aware, confident, excited, and at peace.”– Erin Coburn, Owner, Oakland Crush

“I love the fact that the process gave us a chance to connect with the invisible world, trust what we were sensing through our intuition and then combine it with our logic. It is a very grounding, practical process that I plan to incorporate in my projects and work.” – Chingwell Mutombu, Founder, Women’s Healing Center of Nigeria
